Lürssen's 'Solemates' on sea-trials...

Recent Launches

Originally commissioned by a repeat client and known as 'Project Katie Sue II', she hands over at the end of July '10. She's a pretty boat. Photos: Klaus Jordan.

JUNE 2010

She’s a 60m (197ft) and another sister to Arkley with a virtually identical Espen Øino exterior and a Glade Johnson-styled interior.
She went into the water on May 31.
Four equally sized guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The design of the guest cabins is consistent throughout; each has five extra-large vertical portholes, three in cabin and two in the ensuite. A fifth guest cabin is placed on the upper deck between the bridge and the upper salon. It’s a good charter layout.
Powered by two Caterpillar engines of 1,455kW (2,000hp) each, she will reach a top speed of 15.5 knots with a range of 7,000nm.
She will be on show at the 2010 Monaco Yacht Show.
The owners' previous yacht of the same name was a Feadship.
