She’s one of the Dutch builder’s 76 Wheelhouse designs.

NOVEMBER 2010

MY Remo, the Mulder 76 Wheelhouse, is a fine-looking motoryacht with a round-bilged steel hull, aluminium superstructure, large wheelhouse and partially covered aft deck.
Her mahogany interior provides an open connection between the wheelhouse and the lower saloon, which boosts the feeling of spaciousness.
The wheelhouse has a large seating area featuring a table and TV cabinet with built-in refrigerator and sink unit. Stairs next to the helm lead to the galley, which is equipped with a granite-topped working surface, induction cooker, ventilation system, dishwasher, sinks, a large fridge-freezer, plenty of storage, and a small bar with two stools.
The saloon is furnished with a large sofa, saloon table and leather recliners. A special cabinet contains a built-in pop-up TV. Forward are two twin cabins with a bathroom. The owner’s suite situated aft has a large bathroom. Also aft is an extra space for a washing machine, dryer and linen storage.
With an entrance in the foredeck, the engine room has a practical and well thought-out layout. A hydraulically operated stern door opens to reveal a lazarette with a 3.7m (12ft) tender that can be launched by means of a hydraulic crane.
This new Mulder 76 Wheelhouse is currently berthed in the south of the Netherlands where the new owners will be spending their winter months.
Note a few of the pictures include a Christmas tree; this is the yard’s idea to boost publishing appeal with editors in the run up to the holidays. It a good idea!
