SY 'Cartouche' hands over...

Recent Launches

This first Blue Coast 95 will now be based in the Caribbean.

APRIL 2011

The first Jean-Jacques Coste-designed 28.8m (94ft 6in) Blue Coast 95 Cartouche was craned into the water at the H2X yard in La Ciotat and handed over towards the end of March. This composite beauty ranks among the world’s largest sailing catamarans and is the third-largest sloop-rigged cat.
Work began on this one in July '09, so amazingly she took just 14 months to build.
There are hopes Cartouche will be available to view at the 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
The biggest three sloop-rigged cats are the 31m (102ft) Sunreef 102DD Ipharra, Sir Richard Branson's 32m (105ft) Necker Belle, and the Sunreef 114 Ché, both of which launched last year.
