Rossinavi’s 'Numptia' nears completion...

Recent Launches

She’s a full-displacement, full-custom 70m that's for charter and for sale.

JULY 2011

The full-custom 70m (230ft) steel/aluminium motoryacht Numptia will be delivered at the end of July from the Rossinavi Shipyard in Viareggio, Italy.
Her exterior styling was handled by Florence-based Tommaso Spadolini and her interior by Rome-based architect Achille Salvagni. The naval architecture and engineering work was done by Horacio Bozzo’s Viareggio-based Axis Group Yacht Design and the owner’s representative and project manager was Marco Martinelli, who had worked with the owner on a previous project and was responsible for putting the whole team together. The brief was to create a yacht for all the generations of his family.
MY Numptia has a maximum speed of 18.6 knots, which is 2.5 knots more than predicted. Her range is estimated at 7,500nm at 12 knots.
MY Numptia is available for sale and charter. The price is ‘on application’. But her Mediterranean/Caribbean charter rates begin at €490,000 per week.
She is also under operational management with Burgess.
Following a few weeks of inaugural chartering this summer, Numptia will make her debut at the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show in September.
At the moment Rossinavi has three other yachts under construction – a 45m (148ft) displacement motoryacht with an exterior by Tomasso Spadolini due for delivery in spring 2012, a 46m (151ft) displacement motor yacht designed by Frank Mulder and Spadolini due for delivery in summer ’12, and a 48m (157ft) aluminium Ketos-style vessel drawn by Team 4 Design that is due for delivery in spring ‘13.
