New Custom Line 100...

Until now the full-beam ‘wide-body’ approach to creating a main-deck owner’s suite has been mainly the preserve of yachts with LOAs in excess of 120ft. But soon, thanks to Ferretti Group ingenuity, the new Custom Line 100 raised-pilothouse model will lower the bar to 100ft.

The 26-knot Custom Line 100 provides a full-beam suite over 5.5m (18ft) wide on the main deck; plus it will deliver superb views out even when in bed thanks to those dart-shaped windows set into the topsides just below the cap rail.
The Custom Line 100 emulates the arrangement used on much larger yachts, with a walkway over the top of the forward coachroof to connect the foredeck lounging and breakfasting area to the short side decks by the bridge. From there, steps on either side lead down to the main side decks and on through to the aft deck. And on the starboard side deck there’s a fold-down balcony that gives a stunning extra dimension to the outlook from the floor-to-ceiling windows or optional sliding glazed doors in the saloon.
The lower deck provides two identical doubles and two identical twins, all with great views out thanks to large hull windows.
The crew area in the bow, complete with its own galley and mess, will accommodate up to six.
As well as the various interior customising options, an owner can also specify a fair degree of individuality for the exterior of their Custom Line 100, with a choice of white, blue or grey for the hull, and white or grey for the bridge.
The first Custom Line 100 delivers for spring 2011.
