Otam’s Millennium 100...

Design

With triple 2,600hp MTUs, she should top 50 knots.

SEPTEMBER 2011

Genoa, Italy-based motoryacht builder Otam, which is steered by CEO Gianfranco Zanoni, revealed at Monaco ’11 drawings of its new flagship, the Millennium 100. This design is a clear evolution from previous models, especially the sporty Otam Millennium 80HT and 58HT.
The elegant Millennium 100 is the result of a creative collaboration between the yard’s in-house team and three talented independents. Umberto Tagliavini was responsible for the naval architecture and the infused Kevlar-reinforced hull. Alberto Mancini drew those bullet-like exterior lines and Achille Salvagni conceived various interior proposals.
As regards propulsion, two options are proposed. Twin or triple 2,600hp MTUs would deliver speeds up to 45 and a blistering 53 knots respectively.
