Admiral-Mariotti Yachts' 54 No2 on track...

Industry News

The J-V between CNL Group (Admiral Yachts) and the T Mariotti Shipyard in Genoa, AMY is well progressed with its second Luca Dini-designed 54m (177ft) Admiral 54 ‒ the sister to 'Sea Force One' which launched to much acclaim last year.

JULY 2009

She will accommodate up to 12 guests in six cabins and a crew of 12.
Her hull, which has a maximum beam of 10.5m (34ft 5in) and superstructure are already fabricated. Extra care is said to have been made with the welding of this one in order to reduce the amount of filler required. The superstructure is similar; she hasn’t been rounded off in quite the same way. Both Admiral 54s have similar lines to the smaller Admirals.
Her twin Caterpillar 3516Bs were recently craned aboard. She will be good for a maximum speed of 17.5 knots and a range in excess of 5,000 nautical miles.
She will deliver from the Mariotti yard in Genoa, Italy, for summer 2010.
