Baglietto’s 'Ancòra'...

Industry News

She’s the sixth launch from the Italian motoryacht builder this year. She was constructed at its La Spezia facility.

This 42.75m (140ft) steel/aluminium displacement beauty with her bulbous bow was drawn by Francesco Paszkowski, who of course has been responsible for many of the Bagliettos over the past dozen years.
Her interior scheme was handled by Art-Line in Holland. It’s mostly zebrano, enhanced with ‘forest brown’ marbles, decorated leathers and LED and fibre-optic mood lighting. Alas no interior pictures have been released yet.
As for accommodation, the owner’s cabin is forward on the main deck. Then on the lower deck there are two double cabins aft and two twin-bed cabins forward.
Probably the most eye-catching feature aboard is her custom-made spa-pool on the sundeck. Complete with infinity waterfall, you can see it’s decorated with mosaic tiling.
The Ancora build was project managed by Seaenergy Yachts, part of the international Sea-Alliance Group (SAG) which also supplied her crew.
Beyond Ancòra, the other Baglietto launches this year were the 42m (138ft) Natori, 42m (138ft) Oxygen, 44m (144ft) Apache II and 53m (174ft) Baraka and 58m (190ft) Vicky.
