Work will begin on the tooling in January. The delivery date for ‘Aurora’ is April 2012.


According to PAE (Pacific Asian Enterprises) president Dan Streech, her owner has had three Nordhavns previously – a Nordhavn 62, 76 and 86.
Chief of design at PAE Jeff Leishman and the company’s engineering department has handled the design and naval architecture of this new brand flagship. But then they have plenty of experience. To date over 800 Nordhavns have been delivered by the Dana Point, California-based operation over some 35 years.
Her interior will be coordinated by interior designer Dee Robinson. It will major on African cherry.
When launched she will displace 382 tonnes (840,000lbs) and will be ABS certified.
Aurora is being built at a new ‘PAE partner’ facility in Xiamen, China,
PAE’s Nordhavn range of semi-custom composite motoryachts includes 15-models from 12.2-36.3m (40-120ft)
