The Italian yachtbuilding group has established a new direct telephone service operating seven days a week to help solve technical problems.

It means expert advice is but a simple call away. The idea is to make sure owner’s maximise their enjoyment of their vessels. The service is available every day from May 1 to September 30 from 9.00am to 6.00pm (CET), is guaranteed by Easea Yaching, the group’s service division.
The range of Easea Yachting activities today also include:
Easy Show – The group’s permanent demonstration fleet located in Cattolica, East-Coast Italy, as seen in the picture above.
Platinum Selection ‒ The exclusive programme provides a range of services, previously only reserved for newly registered motoryachts to pre-owned yachts sold under the scheme.
Platinum Cruise ‒ This service guarantees owners the availability of a range of spare parts, specially priced and deliverable anywhere in the world free of charge. A centralised spare parts warehouse has been established to support the provision.
Service University ‒ The technical training school the Ferretti Group runs to help develop technical and managerial skills of service professionals.
Convergence ‒ Courses to help develop skills of Ferretti Group captains and crews. Note the Convergence 2010 group shot below.
