Yard Updates

Royal Van Lent has just launched this 78.5m quad-deck.

APRIL 2012

Feadship yard Royal Van Lent has launched and is presently sea-trialling Hampshire II. Yard number YN806, this quad-deck 78.5m (256ft) custom project was styled inside and out by Redman Whiteley Dixon. The interior is described as classically English. A few of her more notable features include a ball-games court on the foredeck complete with ball-retaining netting, a spectacularly painted and lit showcase engine-room, and a beach-club stern that has been decorated with real drift wood.
Although the Kaag Island yard has built longer – the longest was the high-performance 86m (282ft) but narrow-beamed (11.65m) Ecstasea, which delivered in ’04 – Hampshire II is the largest in terms of GT and displacement.
